Arvind Korde CEO & Director
Mr. Korde became Chief Executive Officer and Director in July 2007. Prior to joining ARS, LLC, he worked as a Senior Advisor to the renowned management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, and served his own corporate clients in strategy and operations. Arvind worked for TRW Inc., a $19 billion multi-business company for 20 years before starting his independent activities in 2001.
He started his TRW career as Vice President of Planning and Business development and would come to hold the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later the position of Vice President of Purchasing for TRW’s $10B automotive sector. In 1988, he set up a Greenfield joint venture company between TRW and Koyo Seiko of Japan, growing it into a “Lean†showcase. Arvind ran several global businesses for TRW and in his final position, was responsible for the $1.5B worldwide seat belt business with 10,000 people in 17 countries.
Before joining TRW, Mr. Korde served as a management consultant in the various worldwide offices of McKinsey & Company, Inc. As an Associate Principal, he served top U.S. and European companies from 1973-1981. Mr. Korde graduated as a mechanical engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in India in 1970 and subsequently received a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from University of Chicago.

Mr. Bazurto currently leads the sales and operational activities nationally at ARS, LLC. Mr. Bazurto joined ARS, LLC in 1994 as a corporate recruiter focusing on marketing and sales, was promoted to Director of Sales in 1995, General Manager of Southern California in 1996 and to Senior Vice President of the Litigation Document Management business in 1997.
Upon the sales of the Litigation Document Management Business in 1998 Mr. Bazurto became the Senior Vice President of the Records and Reporting Division of ARS, LLC. Mr. Bazurto drives all operational and process improvement efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining ARS, LLC, Mr. Bazurto founded the executive recruiting firm Wall Street Executive Search in 1986. After its sale in 1992 to Search Associates, they retained Mr. Bazurto as Director of Financial Services. Mr. Bazurto has also served as the Chief Administrative Officer in charge of sales, customer service, and cash management for Bullion Reserve of North America and as an Operations Manager and Executive Vice President of Commercial Bank of California. Mr. Bazurto graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics.

Humildad Pasimio Vice President, Controller
Mrs. Pasimio joined ARS, LLC in 1998, and became Controller in September 2000. She oversees all accounting functions including: A/R, A/P, GL, Payroll and Purchasing. In year 2008, Mrs. Pasimio took over as head of Human Resources, and has implemented processes to improve ARS, LLC’s hiring strategies, in-house management training programs and to streamline compliance and functions within HR.
Prior to joining ARS, LLC, Mrs. Pasimio ran their family owned furniture business until she came to the United States in 1989. Mrs. Pasimio graduated with a BS degree in Computer Engineering in 1987 from a University in the Philippines, and furthered her studies by taking Computer Science, HR and Finance/Accounting Classes.

Dr. Mehta is a merchant banker and an active private investor in the Silicon Valley. Through his merchant banking and investment company, Mehta & Company, Inc., he executes investment-banking transactions, provides advisory services, and invests in emerging high-tech companies. While at Mehta & Company, he has acted as CEO, Chairman and/or taken active board roles in many of the companies in which he has invested.
Prior to founding Mehta & Company, Dr. Mehta was a General Partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners, a $10 billion investment and venture capital firm, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. In addition to ARS, LLC, Dr. Mehta currently serves on the Boards of Directors of GoHealthCast.com, eScribenet.com, MindCrossing, and SchoolCity.com, and he has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Quisic.com, eMBA, the Indus Entrepreneurs, Fort Mason Center Foundation, and The San Francisco Zoo. Dr. Mehta holds a BSME, summa cum laude from S.D. Tech., an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and a Doctorate in Business Policy from the Harvard Business School.
